Round and Oval Extension Tables

Available in a wide range of sizes, my round and oval extension tables are the most popular dining table I sell. The most common sizes are listed above but custom sizes are easily done. Rectangular extension tables are available as well.

These tables feature pinned mortise and tenon joinery - the strongest possible leg to apron joint. Wood for the tops is carefully selected so that the grain and color matches as closely as possible. The 22" wide leaves include attached aprons that keep the leaf flat and the table extension slides from showing when the leaf is in place. The slides we use are strong, smooth operating metal slides that will not sag or stick like wood slides are prone to doing. The leaf joints are held level and tight with brass alignment pins and leaf locks.

I am sure that you do not remember this, but way back in 1995 you delivered personally a cherry oval table with extension and eight chairs to Greenwich, CT.

We use the table and chairs virtually daily in our kitchen.  I am happy to say that the table and chairs look just as good today as when we bought them 15 years ago.  Just as important, they are as solid as they were back then - no loose joints - no creaking - just plain rock solid.  We are moving to London, and would not dream of going without your furniture.
