Returns Policy

I have been building furniture since 1982 and have not had a single piece of furniture returned. However, I realize that making a large purchase on the internet makes some people uneasy. For this reason I will accept returns in certain cases:

If for any reason you are not fully satisfied with a standard, non-customized piece of my furniture you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the purchase price. You must pay for return shipping and I do not refund your original shipping costs. I do not accept returns of any customized furniture. Returned furniture must be in resellable condition. Any cost incurred in returning your furniture to resellable condition will be deducted from your refund. You must call for a return authorization before returning any furniture.
