Elliptical Drop Leaf Harvest Table

My elliptical drop leaf harvest table is ideal when space is at a premium. With the leaves down this table takes up little space against a wall, behind a couch or even in the center of a narrow dining room but with both leaves raised it seats 6 very nicely. The 11" wide leaves permit side chairs to be pushed in even when the leaves are down.

As with all my tables, this one is built with pinned mortise and tenon joinery for the leg to apron joint and the wood for the top is carefully selected to ensure that the grain and color matches as closely as possible.
